Stupid HS Nicknames?

I'll admit, I never had a good one, I was always just known by my last name but we had a good set.  There Were Mole, Bells (along with his brothers Big Bells and Mini-Bells) Diamond, Chennies(he hated it) as well as Joey D. if you push further you've got the likes of Bogey and Elms.

(other names left off for anonymity-I think I'm pretty clean here)

The only difference between Asset Management and Investment Research is assets. I generally see somebody I know on TV on Bloomberg/CNBC etc. once or twice a week. This sounds cool, until I remind myself that I see somebody I know on ESPN five days a week.

Ya, I know that. The thing is that about half my HS were guys named Mike, Matt, John, etc. so everybody else just went by their last names.  The point is: If you went to HS with me, you'll know who I am from those names, if you're my HR department, you won't.

Nicknames never go away.

All stories from High School

One kids nickname was "Poop", went on after college.

First day in freshman year we went around to introduce ourselves.  One kid goes I'm "ta-ta-ta-Tom".  His name is "Ta-ta" for all of high school, college, and after.

Both went to feeder colleges affiliated with our HS, so each college has 20-30 kids from our high school in that grade.

Gootie shit his pants once in 11th grade and had to wear gym shorts around for the entire afternoon. (not a good look with a button-down)  He probably did not have a good HS experience given that Mango 'skinned' his backpack at least once a week.

I had some bad ones lol.

In middle school I was Big Daddy Z, I was still called that in HS. It wasn't very orginal, I was kinda fat in middle school hence the name...

Had spanish teacher with a fairly thick accent, she called me ass ass.

HS friends still call me by those names. It's been nearly 6 years...
