I'm signing a lease June 1st for a 3Bedroom apartment on E24th and 3rd. One of my roommates doesn't start working until Mid-August, and is looking to sublet his room until then. Perfect sublet for a summer intern.
The place is a 3bd 1bath apartment on E24th and 3rd (message me for exact address). Close to East Village, Kips Bay, and a quick commute to Midtown offices. Place has a private rooftop deck as well.
Rent is $2200 and includes utilities. Place will come partially furnished.
Both other roommates are new grads and work in finance. Looking for someone respectful, clean, and normal. If interested, let me know and I would be happy to send pictures and share more details.
