Suing your employer

One of my employees just filed suit against our employer as a result of a certain mandated medical shot.He came to me with a warning shot prepared by his attorney and expects his demands to be met. I informed him per policy I cannot deviate from the posted instructions regarding the mandate. Next thing I know our legal department calls me saying papers have been received and I am to have zero discourse outside of his assigned work duties.I am told he is wasting his money from our employers management team. But, does anyone have experience with employment law? What are typical outcomes? Sad thing is this guy is probably one of the hardos posting on WSO as he is a total gunslinger with his work. Now I'll likely need a replacement soon.
