Hey, random q. Anyone know the best way to rent a place on the beach for the summer? We have a group of people looking and I figure there would be a few people desperate to rent out the summer houses they can't sell (or are unwilling to at current price). Any info on what would be the best route from people who have done it. Mostly looking in places in L.I. like fire island. Thanks.
