Hi all,
Wondering what you guys use for supplements & any anecdotal effects you've seen from them (gym performance or otherwise).
Currently, all I take is 4,000 IU of Vitamin D, although I think the RDA may be bullshit and am thinking of upping it to 10,000.
Take 10,000 IU of D3 per day, unless you have a 4-5+ hour training day, then take 20,000.
Do you notice any difference when you're taking vs not?
Also, what's your rationale for doubling it on heavy training days?
