T2 RX Exits

I’ve looked on this forum and there’s lot a lot of info on genuine exits for the Tier 2 players. i know the T1 players get nice sexy exits, but what ab the Duc/Roth/Jeff/PwP/Gugg of the world? (Using leader’s league RX rankings dont MS, I know that PWP will probably have some name Carry for headhunters)

Looking at direct lending, emerging markets credit, or SS credit after my IB stint. Not interested in MF, but curious about where folks have gone and my placement possibilities from a state school(3.75 GPA, 4 internships, diverse, No SAT (really deep family stuff), and about to be published in an academic journal for work I’ve done with a professor over the past two years)

Where do people normally go? How can I leverage parts of my background to escape some obvious red flags during on cycle?
