Tear Apart My Resume

Looking for any kind of feedback as FT recruiting gets underway. Rising senior at non-target state school. Some of the spacing may be a little different because of the edits to keep it anonymous. All my margins align on my actual resume. Looking to bankify in hope of landing job with IB specializing in emerging markets, even IBD of one of the heavy hitters although with my background I think that would be difficult.

I'm not an expert with resumes but what I can say is that although you have a lot of background and experience in the Accounting/Finance spectrum, nothing really relates to IB itself. Try to explain your responsibilities with each work experience in a way that would relate to the world of investments. I'm not saying to lie on your resume but rather put forth your experience in a way that is geared toward the industry you're focusing on. I think it would be beneficial for you to also explain how you were able to add value to each job you were a part of rather than list what you did. For example, try to see if you can add quantitative data to each bullet point. Recruiters like seeing numbers so adding that will help spruce up your resume a bit. I hope I was able to help you out a bit, maybe someone with more resume building experience will be able to assist you better!
