A while back I believe it was @"Edmundo Braverman" who posted a link to a video titled "It Is Always Now" by Sam Harris, well known atheist, about life in general. I came across another video of his that I found interesting, so thought I would share. Ironically his conclusions are pretty buddhist sounding.
