Go to the website, they actuall have PG-13 simulations on how to use it. They show all the angles and different positions that can be conquered with the Liberator. I first saw it when I was studying in Florence in 2004, the "Mama" of our pensione had one in her loft, it was a gross experience.

Yeah, it works definitely. Since the g-spot is at the top, it really helps a lot with angles. I usually just use a pillow or two to prop up, but it definitely is a little more stable.
