The most charismatic people in business?

I tend to look up business leaders on YouTube to get some inspiration on communication styles, mainly for interviews and other presentations. The ones I'd like to emulate are generally characterised by stillness and articulation, usually incredibly relaxed, with limited superfluous body movements.

Some I like - Barry Hearne (Boxing promoter), Hugh Hendry (HF), Rex Tillerson (Exxon), Bill Clinton (More Political I guess). And more recently I've been watching Sammy the Bull Gravano and Michael Franzese who are quite charismatic in their own right.

People with great content coming out of their mouths but poor delivery imo - Peter Thiel and Elon Musk.

Would be good to hear recommendations?
