There are so many posts on here about how to be a rockstar analyst but, what are the ones that get you immediately hated as an analyst. What have you guys seen that made you not extend an offer to the guy. A know-it all that was just a douchey twat, or someone who just didn't know how to add in excel? What things would you say NEVER to do as a summer analyst.
