I semi-agree. I do, however, think most people who are promoting their sites stick around for a while and contribute to WSO. I don't think there are a lot of people who just come in, make a couple posts, and peace out.
Yeah. Notice how there's a spam filter that blocks the average user's replies 80% of the time, but no filter whatsoever for creating new threads? Odd.
