Thoughts on rebalancing/'tilting' the 401k given current market dynamics

Context: Given the market upswing of mid-2020 through 2021 and the uncertainty now in Q1-2022, I'm starting to take a critical eye to my 401k's composition. As of now, I am largely exposed to domestic small-cap/growth, emerging markets, and some value/blue-chip equity plays. I have minimal FI/HY exposure and almost 0 alternative exposure. This composition did very well for me in mid-2020 through 2021, but now I'm starting to see stagnation and some correction.

Problem/Potential Solution: I'm thinking about rebalancing, but haven't begun the decision process on what themes, industries, products, etc. I want to lean into. So I thought I'd get some collective group-think from WSO.

Question: Anyone else rebalancing or have rebalanced want to give their 2 cents?
