Well that coupled with the end of the world makes your investment timeline pretty short.

Real estate is starting to look better, at least down here in Florida. I have seen a few housing developments that were dumped in 2008 and now construction has begun on them again.

It's not the size of the dog in the fight, but rather carry a big stick; you will go far.

The majority of the ones I've noticed are gated subdivisions.
