Taking a trip to Japan for a couple weeks and looked into exchanging currency at the best possible rate. Wells Fargo and BofA have the same exchange rate with no added fees. However, it seems they have a ~5% spread from the spot price. Does anyone here have any tips for minimizing loss in currency translations? Getting 98.6 JPY/USD is terrible compared to 103.8 spot.
