To give gifts to colleagues or not?
Hi everyone! Been lurking around here for quite some time. I'm a first yr S&T analyst at a BB, and I'll be having training soon outside my home country. I'm thinking about whether I should give a gift--just a little something to my colleagues once I get back on the desk. I'm not sure about the norm here. Thanks!
Don't, not the norm or at all necessary. Maybe bring breakfast sandwiches in one day if you want to do some sort of "gift"
