ubers for interns back home
hi, this may be a stupid question, but im gonna be interning at an eb in sf this summer and am curious if ubers are paid for if i stay past a certain time. need to decide where to live in the city based on this. thanks!
Pretty much every established bank does the dinner stipend and Ubers back after a certain time. Specifically when may differ for each bank, but if you’re at an EB then you’ll receive that perk, even as an intern
Was at a BSB this past summer - the team was suffering from poorer deal flow and while they didn’t have any team layoffs, they hadn’t expensed anything in awhile, including dinners and Ubers. Also didn’t get OT which wasn’t expected but it has happened in good markets. Wouldn’t worry too much if at an eb.
