Hello! Does anyone have any recommendations regarding what bank to choose in the UK? Going to need spendings account, savings account and a debit card. I am also curious as to which is the best credit card to choose. Assume IB AN1 salary and no family fortunes.

Chase has a 1% cash back on their debit card. But if you’re not Brit it might be hard to open an account and might only open a Monzo/Starling/etc account

Yeah I got that but if you’re scandinavian you most likely won’t be able to have a line of credit right off the bat - it took me 6 months to apply to a so-so credit card. Amex has their Global programme if you already have an Amex in an eligible country.
Go for HSBC. They have the HSBC Global Account, 0% fees across borders and on transactions.
