Under-the-radar distressed/restructuring books

Posting this to Off Topic as it could apply to ib/PE/hf.

I’ve read all the typical/popular books (Moyer, Art of Distressed M&A, Creating Value, Whitman’s distressed investing) and I’m looking for something less well known that I’m missing and is a good read.

Anyone have any ideas? One I’m considering is called something like “Loan workouts and Debt for equity swaps: a framework for successful corporate rescues”.
