Unpaid interns

With all the desperate college kids and even MBAs in some cases vying for unpaid internships, is there a feasible way to run a legit business with no paid employees and just unpaid interns or unpaid employees, within the law? Tobin & Co does that

I know a guy who ran a consulting firm that was just him and a bunch of unpaid part time remote interns that he made algorithms to handle fully automated recruiting for. Massive burnout and retention problems, but when you have a constant supply of international top school interns trying to work at an "American" company it almost works out

Amazing. So much cheap, decently smart labour out there

kellycriterion's Law: any businessperson who is thinking of cyclically churning and burning through unpaid interns would be better off having Filipino virtual assistants who will actually stick around for several years
