Nah the US is too rich man. How are truck drivers pulling top 2-3% Europe level salary. Europe is completely finished as a continent
This is “total comp” by the end of the 5 year contract. This probably includes salary, pension, and healthcare as well as anything else they define as total comp. One other point to note, most of the drivers are part time and it’s not super easy to move up to a full time position.
With those caveats aside, still a massive figure.
