Wall Street's Arbitration Problem
Thought it was interesting that alot of the big players on Wall Street like Goldman still force arbitration on harassment, race & age discrimination cases, etc, while shutting down any attempts at class action lawsuits. Some other banks like Wells Fargo have done away with forced arbitration for harassment cases. Seems like something that should be a bigger deal but I don't hear it being talked about.
