yeah... quitting cigs is very tough especially when you drink beer like I do... life is pretty boring without them.

The great upside is that you have way more energy... the bad thing about having more energy is that I want to party the hell out...

 

I just quit recently (3 weeks ago, for real this time... the 20th time?). I gotta say I feel 1,000x better already. It's amazing the difference. It sucks though because I'm so out of shape, I can exercise for like 5 minutes and then I have a seizure. Not really, but I'm working my way up...

Quitting smoking and drink has to be tough. I feel like I'm obligated to take a job where I have to work 80 hours per week, or I'd spend way too much time drinking.
