Get outta here with all that pumkin flavoring. Literally the worst thing about fall besides spoiled brats going door to door demanding candy
I know it's an unpopular opinion, but pumpkin spice done RIGHT actually slaps. This is coming from a guy who drinks black 95% of the time. Adding a tinge of pumpkin flavoring blended into the shot prior to steaming the milk can turn out really well.
However, squirting 94 pumps of pumpkin-flavored glucose corn syrup into a clump of milk and sugar with a singular coffee bean (ahem, Starbucks) is foul. There's only one coffee shop in my entire metro area that has pulled it off right so far, but it's so hit-or-miss that I've been reluctant to try it nearly anywhere else
College football and the NBA are my go-to for fall. It sucks that I can't be at home watching games with my father, but I'm hoping my other analysts will be up to hang out for games.
And the trees, of course, they're always gorgeous in fall.
If anyone with more NYC experience than me can recommend other things to do in fall, I'd love to hear it.
Love candied pecans and pecan pie. Best part of fall is the harvest haha. I used to pick apples at the orchard growing up. There’s an awesome apple squeeze a bit outside Seattle. Great cider though it was back in the mid 00s.
