I used to crush 2 scoops of NO-explode 4 days a week when training for college football. Def gave me a good pump (possibly just due to the caffiene) but also gave me the shits if I ate within a few hours before. You can avoid tolerence to it by going one month on / one month off or only using it for your hardest workout each week. If you're not training for anything imparticulur, I think it's best to stay natural.
I use Cellucor C4 Extreme and it has done nothing but improve my workouts. I agree with the above post that you should cycle it however. I will use it for 3 months or so before I notice that I need more of it to feel the same effect. I stop for a few weeks to a month and then start it up again. When you stop using it you will definitely feel more sluggish for a few workouts, but I find that within a week I'm feeling normal again. A lot of places like GNC will offer trial sizes behind the register of the different pre workouts so you find what you like. Then buy online from bodybuilding.com. Cheapest prices I've been able to find

Completely agree. It only makes you dependent on it and once the effects wear off you'll struggle to workout with or without it. Stay natural
