What Happens if you fail a FINRA exam twice?
Hi everyone, I recently failed my series 79 and am feeling pretty dejected. What would happen if I were to fail twice? I have a month to study for the retake so it shouldn’t happen again, but I’m curious. Would I get fired?
depends on the firm. per finra rules, i think if u fail 3 times, you have to wait 180 days between attempts instead of 30 days
You're going to get a spanking if you fail twice.
Study up and don't focus on the negative.
If you fail twice, you have to wait 30 days to take it again. Hopefully, your company is giving you some time to study.
Don’t ask this question because it won’t happen because it’s not an option. No one cares if you fail once, but seriously don’t fail twice.
You need to figure out why exactly you failed the first time. Did you pass the benchmark? Did you follow the action plan and do 800 questions? Did you change lots of answers? What was your score?
If you fail that exam twice, maybe it's a sign...
At JPM if you fail 2x you're fired lmfao. That or 3x....
How do people fail easy exams right out of the get? I don’t understand the young kids these days. Don’t goof off and study these next few weeks, I’ve never heard of anyone failing twice.
