As a prospective monkey, I read WSJ, The Economist/Economist Espresso, DealBook, FT and Reuters everyday (not necessarily all of them), maybe not on Sunday,
Espresso is actually my favorite app. But it's more comprehensive rather than finance-focused. DealBook and WSJ daily emails have some very finance/banking related recommendations, or even M&A transactions and others. Some articles from the DealBook often lead me to the FT I subscribed Reuters Deals & Business today Economist's weekly Print Edition is very interesting to read. I like the style of their organization.
What other newspapers/magazines do people in your department read? Which one is your favorite ?
My favorite magazine is PLAYBOY. Every morning, it gets me ready to start the day! It also gets me off every day...

I've been a long-time reader of The Deal, which I view as an extremely useful magazine to read for a young banker. I was wondering what other magazines/trade publications you all follow and/or recommend, excluding the obvious (WSJ, FT, etc.)?

I know it seems like Im just trying to get hits here, but Im in college at the moment and both IBD internship interviews I went to they asked me what sectors have the best dealflow etc. I dont think there is another free site which will give you such a fast, easy to remember overview.
