I quit smoking twice in three years, the first time I went back to cigarettes. This time it's the Juul. Weirdly enough, cigarette smoke induces nausea for me now... no idea why. I used to love the smell.
Nicotine gum like 2 days on 1 day off. But I started smoking American Spirits again this month. Roll spliffs and do spliff bong bowls too sometimes. Trying to cut out all stimulants altogether.
nothing like a good mochie to start your morning, i dont smoke anymore but some american spirit tobacco and weed from a straight tube, there's nothing quite like that
I ironically developed a nicotine addiction for a few months via the introduction of juul. Realized what was happening and chucked the thing in a river, took like 2 months for the cravings to stop after only smoking it for like 5 or 6.

Only seen senior people do it on the down low. As in, only a dipper would know they were dipping. I never had the balls to do it at work because it is definitely looked down on these days. Which is good because if it was normal I would do it all day long as I hammer excel.
Can only give you my experience (off Wall Street power/gas trading) but have seen guys dip plenty, but we’re very mindful to be clean, no leaving spitters around, no excess loose tobacco on the desk etc...
I wouldn’t be surprised in the near future to see places go tobacco free though
Used to be a huggeeeeeeee Hookah smoker, but that shit is like the Black Death for your lungs long-term so had to cut that off quick. It's an awesome rush and you can throw some ganja in the top with it to make it even more potent
