What major do you want your girlfriend to be/is acceptable

On one hand, I want my girl to be just as ambitious as me; on the other hand, I think it's good to have some balance in life, so I would want her to have an established career, but it's absolutely alright// maybe preferred if she's not all that serious about it, as everyone should have a laid back side to them, and it's great if your SO brings that out of you.

I think a nice HR gig or even up to a 9-6 finance kinda girl upper end would be cool. What say you?

EDIT: haha love the responses. Yeah we talked about it, and I read some other stuff, and at least my GR8 HR girl is gonna have a career. I was just nitpicking, but tbh I think I found my girl. This was never meant to be a derogatory post, bc lets be real, personality and career stuff all matters and is relevant to this. Also, she is passionate about the gym (just fell off) and that's all I was really looking for. Some desire to be more than average in any way, and that is a cool trait (!), which translates to other aspects of the personality... lets be real.

Thank you! Very happy and luv my gf. Bless up, all

Well, Brown has the Egyptology major. That's really the only marriage material major in my book (MMM). I want her to dance like an Egyptian and tell me about all those cats in ancient Egyptian culture and generally just meow a lot around the house.

Duke has the Canadian studies major though, so that's probably a close tie, eh?

I don't think I could ever date a liberal arts major (unless she went to a top school), psychology, sociology, etc...basically any degree that is not going to allow her to support herself & drowned her in debt.

Nurse wouldn't be bad because they can make good money (6 figure potential for sure) but most nurses I know are sluts / super liberal so.......maybe not lmao

Totally agree. If a perfect 10 drove up to me near the beach in a Lambo and said she was a sociology major, I'd say psshhhh ... no I don't want your number ... ewww gross

yeah, let me know when she hits you up

the best girls are the ones who strive to be "wife". nothing more. making guys like me happy when I get home. knows how to be a real woman, and knows that (evolutionarily), women exist to make men happy.

but if she must, the only acceptable majors are childhood education and nursing. dental hygienist is also ok.

Don't like more than half of people end up doing something totally unrelated to their major? My wife studied kinesiology, was a special ed teacher, and is moving to an ed tech company. I regret college altogether. What a dipshit question.

OP just wanted affirmation his girl has the best major. Are you gonna go dump her if WSO says it's a tier 2 major?

Also, you type like a dweeb.
