I've used those Crest whitening strips for the past year but I am going to step up my game and get them professionally whitened. There are two options, either the take home trays which are less expensive but yield results at a much slower rate, or the one day whitening, which whitens at an accelerated rate but is much more costly. Does anyone have any experience with either?
