what do you guys do on your off-time at work, maybe when you aren’t staffed with anything too time-pressing? are you trying to catch up on some sleep, do you leave the office for a workout, or should you be asking for more work? Does this look good in the eyes of senior management if you are trying to take on a heavier course load or is it overkill?
