What to wear these shoes with?

http://www.profilefashion.com/media/catalog/product/cache/2/image/800x/…

I have very similar shoes to these except they are a little more rounded at the front. (I bought them a while back and cant find the pics)..
What shall I wear with these shoes? I am struggling to wear them and since I bought them around 2 years ago, I have only worn these a handful of times.

Could you wear these with a suit?
I am thinking maybe with jeans?

People either say they are really nice or make me come across as being a douche bag.
What do you think of them?

Thats good to hear. I have been hesitant to wear them but feel much better about them now. The only problem is they are not very comfortable to wear, somehow they have seemed to shrink a little lol.

As someone else mentioned, black is formal, suede is less formal, and loafers are also less formal. The only time I would really feel comfortable wearing this odd shoe combinations is with dark chinos / slacks, tucked in button up, and an optional sweater / sport coat. Black loafers with jeans doesn't work for me. Suede loafers with a suit also doesn't work.

Obviously this is my opinion, but I consider it to be pretty conservative.

Don't wear anything but the shoes
