Google doesn't seem to give an obvious definition for this. What's a 'Pancake eater' moment?
It is in the show Billions. It is when the dominant person at home/work all of sudden goes into a rage in a seemingly peaceful situation to scare and confuse their partner/employees for the purpose of keeping their counterpart submissive and prevent them from feeling too comfortable. My father did that all the time, but I don't think he is as calculating as Rhoades Sr.
