What you would do with a gap year during COVID?
In a position where I have graduated college and am taking a year off before I start my banking job. If you had a spare year between college and work what would you do with it?
Personally, would spend time with family but that's mostly because I live far away from my parents and relatives.
Travel, you won't have much time for it for the first ca. 3-5 years once you start working FT
I studied in Europe and traveled to >10 countries and >30 different cities during my college time. This was the most value-adding part of the college and contributed to the change in my world views and personal development.
Traveling is the best thing you can do right now.
Bullshit. Watch YouTube videos about how to day-trade, make some investments... if it works out, you'll have lots of money, and if not, who gives a shit you'll earn it back working.
