There are a lot of variables that could come into play but in a completely hypothetical situation - FO to FO. It's not particularly difficult to move once you work in a FO role at one firm (assuming it's not a completely different type of FO role). Whereas I would assume what you would be doing at a BB in a MO role would be fairly different than FO.
