What’s the deal with CareerXL?

I keep seeing this guy CareerXL on social media saying some pretty wild stuff. He recently said Yale is a non-target on his IG story, which made me laugh. He also comes off as extremely overconfident in general.

Does anyone know who he actually is or what his background is? He talks a lot about recruiting and careers, but I can’t tell if he’s legit or just another self-proclaimed coach trying to build a following.

Not trying to hate, just genuinely curious if anyone here knows anything about him.
