What's the next step of my life?

Hi all,

I am about to finish my first year as an analyst (equity algo product management). It is a good role - manager/team is great, work hours is good (50ish hours), work is engaging, i am getting lots of opportunities/exposure. Not to toot my horn, but if i stick with this, I think ill go far with this role. Tbh, i got lucky and landed in this role - had no clue about it when i was in undergrad. I guess it was more of right time and place kind of thing.

What else should I do to help my career advance? Im still young (23) and I want to bust my ass to get far - unsure what else I can focus in. Should i take part time mba courses? I just feel like i should do something to help with my career.

Im wondering if you guys had this moment asking - what’s next?

Thanks!

I used to do Asia-Pacific PE (kind of like FoF). Now I do something else but happy to try and answer questions on that stuff.
