What I can't tell from the video is if they were physically squeezing her and therefore causing discomfort. Having said that, I'm of the opinion that since planes are small you should have a medically validated reason for being overweight (it can be anything; hormones, stress, psychological issues whatever - just medically certified) or be legally forced to buy 2 seats.
