When to look for accommodation? (London)
Hi Guys,
Incoming graduate analyst in London. My friends and I have a rough idea what we're looking for and where, just wondered when's the best time to actively start looking?
Cheers!

Career Resources
If you look on property sites like Zoopla, flats move fast and you can see when they'll accept move in dates. I suggest 1-2 weeks before starting if a flat says 'available immediately', otherwise if it gives a month e.g. 'from September' I would start at the beginning of the month before
My plan right now is to check air b'n'b continuously over the next few months and when it gets closer to the date start cheeking spareroom for 'available nows'
Airbnb only because with a few friends it becomes affordable and less hassle as theey tend to be stocked with kitchenware etc
