Honestly that's a call you are going to have to make. I like that it has 19 bathrooms, bathrooms are always handy, but only 12 bedrooms is a real drag in my opinion. I never like to see a bedroom/bathroom ratio under 1.0, so it's a tough choice.

that Westhampton house doesn't do it for me. Never really saw the point of those fukin retarded like 13 bedroom, 13 bathroom houses unless you're like one of those mexican families that has the entire extended family live under one roof. Pretty prime example of ppl having more money than they know what to do with it
