Look into the Concorde in Buckhead. Google it. I have it as my first choice building to live in because of cost, location, height, amenities. Also, a more expensive option with a little more amenities, more modern overall and newer is 05buckhead. See 05buckhead.com. I visited this building and it is awesome. But again, more expensive than The Concorde.

Do you want to live in a walkable area? If so midtown. You may not walk that much but it is the walkable area of Atlanta. Price is comparable for either Buckhead or Midtown

Which bldg if you don't mind my asking? Could you talk about why you chose that place in midtown because I'm trying to decide between buckhead and midtown as well. Thanks.
