Where to travel or vacation?

I know that the world is in pandemic mode but I am looking to travel solo hopefully when things open back. I was thinking to maybe keep it low-key and go to a nice place and thought of Hawaii since I never been and is it still the states, I am from NYC but I am willing to take suggestions. A lot of people seem to go to Aruba, Mexico, Puerto Rico but I have been to these places already. Also where are you most looking forward to go and why when things open back up?

Croatia, Portugal (Azores), French Riviera, any number of Greek islands, Scandinavia (cliche Northern Lights country), Swiss Alps (skiing), Brazil, etc.  Long list of future destinations always getting longer and usually including beaches or snow.
