I actually take Isolate whey protein L glutammine AAKG Omega 3 Zinc Magnesium Taurine pills
Thinking of getting a mass gainer for the winter also to speed up the morning routine with just a shaker
Why don't you simplify this and use something like ISOPURE for your whey isolate which already has glutamine and a multivitamin like Xtend-life Total Balance men's mutivitamin?
Would you suggest the myprotein ones?
I have not used them but it is highly ranked. I've also used NitroTech in the past with success.
