Who is background check shared with?

Hi All,

So I was wondering if anyone knows who (if anyone besides the BCG team) your results are shared with? I have a disorderly persons offense for marijuana possession from college (expunged from regular criminal check, but still shows up on fingerprint report). I was hired at a major financial firm already and it was fine when I disclosed it so I'm not worried about that part. However I never really knew if this information was shared with my manager or not? I just accepted a new position at Citi and will have to disclose again when I fill out the forms but just wondering if this info gets shared with the hiring manager or stays private within HR?

Thanks!
