Withdrawing from 3 Classes--can FT offer be rescinded?

Background: I'm a senior at a target school and joining a BB in IBD full time this summer. I interned with the same group last summer. I am at an undergrad business school so no plans to get an MBA.

I've been depressed for the past few months (first time anything like this has happened to me) and it is having a very negative impact on my school work. I saw a therapist for the first time last week--my best decision in ages--but I'm still struggling.

I am currently enrolled in 5 classes, 2 of which are required to graduate (I am doing well in both of these classes). I plan to withdraw from the other 3 classes--1 is a business elective, the other 2 are for my minor. If I stay in these classes, I think that that I will probably end up with C's or D's at best. Could my offer be rescinded by HR due to the 3 W's on my transcript?

Thanks in advance to everyone on this site.

3 may be too many.. I'd say stick it out with one of them and drop 2 at most.

But remember that no f.ing BB job is more important than your happiness and well being at the end of the day. Coming from someone who has had a very similar experience. Health first, always.

Low chance of anything negative if your graduation won't be delayed.

Life advice: take care of yourself first, always. Physically, mentally, psychologically, spiritually. If your life feels in shambles generally, start shaking things up - there's really no risk, so why not? For example, if you're not in an exercise routine, get in one. Start waking up earlier and going to bed earlier (sleep deprivation is no joke). Read a book that is not a textbook and doesn't have to do with finance. Go to a church, a mosque, or a synagogue. Go to a library or museum. Go to a park or just hang out in the woods. Get out of your normal routine and fill your spirit.

As Link_REDev stated, the workplace has the capacity to increase your stress ten-fold. Now is the perfect time to build yourself up a strong foundation that will weather the storm.

Be excellent to each other, and party on, dudes.
