Women in Corporate America

I'm a college football coach for a Division I school. I've been doing this a while, and am pretty good at identifying the best players. You are a Computer Science major with a vague passing interest in football. You decide you want to go out for the team, and threaten to sue me if I don't let you play. The administration makes me take you in.

I bust my ass training you, knowing full well that you will probably quit after a game or two. You remind me that if I acknowledge the fact that you'll quit, you'll sue me. You show up to practice and work hard, but some questionable conflicts occur between you and a couple of the other players, and you manage to get them kicked off the team. The administration tells me that if I don't put you in first string, you'll sue, so I do.

The Big Game. I put you in, and you do better than I expected. However, you lose interest halfway through the second quarter and walk off the field. We lose the game and the rest of the squad gets no callbacks from NFL scouts. You graduate and take the job you had lined up with Microsoft.

Which is why litigation has destroyed the US. Look at the top performing schools in the UK, all single sex. There is a mix of which gender are better, and heated arguments about why etc. Fact is each gender are better at different things. Looked at the 100m finals recently? Noticed any trends? Can you comment about that? Yes because it's positive. The minute you suggest that a guy who's been playing chess/logic puzzles/maths whiz from the age of 5 and eats drinks and breathes the stuff is better than a girl who's put in a few hours at school and both got top grades its discrimination. Crazy that girls dont love sitting in front of computers all day with 8 screens. I cant see why that doesnt appeal to them, but to have majority male workforces is prejudice.

Pay your lawyers less, and you'll see how far your country will advance.

This.

I dont understand why people refuse to understand that men and women are inherently different.

In continental europe most countries have (or are on their way) implemented a boardroom quota of women from 30-40%.

I dont understand how politicians fail to realize that men are naturally(and mainly because of the human mating system) much more driven and get much more pleasure out of accumulating wealth and striving towards leadership positions than women do and hence will be much more present at a senior management level.
