I don't know, but I suggest hunger jelly, drinking water whenever you feel hungry, and eating a super solid breakfast everyday. Oh and lots of cardio.

No way am I entering that crap.
That being said, a chunky co-worker of mine entered one last year with a few guys ( a fairly high stakes side bet to the official work challenge). He ate nothing but carrots and salad, while only drinking water, for 10 days. After 10 days he was down like 9 pounds. Each of the other 5 guys paid him $200 to cancel the challenge.
im 150-155lbs right now. dont think a weight loss comp would do good things for me :P
