Worst data provider

As I sit on a Sunday afternoon waiting for my shit FactSet to take hours to refresh a very simple excel file, hoping it's done by the time the Ryder Cup starts, thought I'd ask out of interest - are any of the other data providers worse? Refinitiv was never this bad and BBG is also so much better

Based on the most helpful WSO content, FactSet has received criticism for being slow and frustrating to use, particularly when refreshing Excel files or pulling data. Refinitiv and Bloomberg (BBG) are often considered better alternatives in terms of speed and reliability. Refinitiv, formerly part of Thomson Reuters, has been noted for its innovative features, while Bloomberg is widely regarded as a robust and efficient platform despite occasional glitches. If you're struggling with FactSet, exploring these alternatives might be worth considering.
