Would ANYBODY want to read a murder thriller about Wall Street?

i've been typing crap out while taking a crap with my laptop in the bathroom and am halfway through writing a novel (side hobby of mine). started off as a murder thriller about a doctor. this morning i changed everything to wall st. the characters are quite fucking complex. protagonist is a chick.

would anyone besides a finance geek be interested in reading shit like this? --assuming the writing is beautiful and vivid ;)

just wanted to get an idea of demand before i waste my time writing the other half
