Would this be the ideal set up for NYC living? Does anyone live this 'dream' life?
I was just thinking If you were mega rich and say a CEO imagine this set up.
Penthouse with helipad, and a country estate right outside NYC. You could skip all the traffic and sleep at your country estate on a weeknight if you wanted and get flown back into the city.
Anyhow I am just dreaming
Yes, it does happen. Hang out around the southern end of Manahattan or along the Hudson from 6 to 9 or so and watch the sky.

None of the time or peace of mind to enjoy it.

Then you get prostate cancer at 61 and die.
